Yes, the Glitz and Glamour of our very own Strictly Dance will be coming to Willow Wood.
If you've ever watched the TV and wanted to see the dancers up close, then this is the event for you! Partnered with Dr Kershaw's Hospice, we're bringing 12 couples to the dance floor at the Queen Elizabeth Hall to be part of a fantastic evening of entertainment.
Like the programme itself, the dancers will be competing in front of a panel of judges - including Edwina Currie! What judging style will she bring to the occasion? More of a Craig Revel Horwood or a Shirley Ballas - be very interesting to find out!
Willow Wood will have Six couples dancing for the honour of the Strictly Glitterball Trophy, against Six couples from Dr Kershaw's Hospice.
They have all committed to learning a dance routine before performing in front a live audience at the Queen Elizabeth Hall in Oldham on Friday 17 March 2023.
This years theme is "Best of British" to celebrate the upcoming coronation of King Charles.
It's going to be a very special night out; not only will there be twelve couples dancing but our special guests will ensure that there will be a full evening of entertainment.

Entertainment :
Mark Llewellin, joint host of the evening and vice-chair of our Board of Trustees will be joining judges Scott Lees, Belinda Scandal and Edwina Currie.
Also appearing will be Sadddleworth Brass Band.
